WHAT DOES IT COVER?
The Riderwize Warranty covers the original owner of the product against defects in materials and workmanship only. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect or faulty material, Riderwize will first attempt to repair it. If repair is not possible, we will replace the product with a similar one at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear due to regular usage.
- Damage caused by accidents, improper use, or modifications.
- Natural fading of fabrics, degradation of plastic fittings, Velcro, or leather due to exposure to moisture, UV/sunlight, or environmental factors.
- Zippers jamming due to dirt buildup – we recommend regular cleaning and lubrication to maintain longevity.
- Fitment and comfort issues, as are subjective and depend on individual preferences. Customers are advised to refer to the fitment guide and product details before making a purchase.
- Incidental or consequential loss of personal property is not covered under this warranty.
Only purchases made directly from the Riderwize website or authorized dealers will be eligible for warranty coverage. International customers may incur additional shipping charges. Proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice or order number, is required for all warranty claims.
HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY?
1️. Contact Riderwize
- Email us at support@riderwize.com with a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Attach clear images from multiple angles and zoom levels to help assess the problem.
2️. Warranty Review
- Our team will review your request and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
3️. Repair or Replacement
- If covered, Riderwize will handle everything! We’ll arrange for a courier pickup and provide shipping labels.
- Simply pack the item securely, affix the labels, and have it ready for collection.
4️. If Pickup Is Unavailable in Your Area
- You can send the item via a local courier, and we’ll reimburse up to ₹200 as store credit for your next purchase. This credit will be valid for 6 months.
5️. Resolution
- If the issue qualifies for a warranty, we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion.
- If the product does not qualify for a warranty, we may offer a paid repair service at a fair cost.
