7-Day Risk-Free Returns
We believe in the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
How to Start a Return:
- Contact Us: Email our team at support@riderwize.com within 7 days of delivery to let us know you'd like to start a return.
- Schedule Pickup: We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address.
- Get Your Refund: Once we receive the item and inspect it, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included and intact.
Free Size Exchanges
Getting the right fit is crucial for comfort and protection. If your gear doesn't feel right, we offer a free size exchange on eligible products.
How to Start an Exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@riderwize.com within 7 days of delivery to request a size exchange.
- Schedule Pickup: We will arrange a pickup for the original item.
- Receive Your New Size: Once the original item is on its way back to us, we’ll ship your new size at no extra cost.
Conditions for Exchanges:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- All tags and labels must be attached.
- For purchases made through authorized dealers, please contact the dealer directly to learn about their exchange policy.
Riderwize Warranty Policy
Ride with confidence knowing your gear is covered against defects. Our warranty covers the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship.
What Our Warranty Covers:
If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will first attempt to repair it. If a repair isn't possible, we will replace it with a similar product at our discretion.
What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover (Exclusions):
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage from accidents, improper use, or modifications.
- Natural fading of fabrics or degradation of materials from exposure to sunlight and the elements.
- Zipper jams due to dirt (please clean and lubricate your zippers regularly!).
- Subjective issues like fit and comfort (please check our fitment guides before purchase).
- Incidental or consequential loss of personal property.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Contact Us: Email support@riderwize.com with a detailed explanation of the issue. Please attach clear photos or a video showing the problem from multiple angles.
- Warranty Review: Our team will review your claim to determine if it's covered.
- Repair or Replacement: If your claim is approved, we'll handle everything! We’ll arrange a courier pickup and provide the shipping labels.If pickup is unavailable in your area, you can ship it to us, and we’ll reimburse up to ₹200 as a store credit (valid for 6 months).
- Resolution: We will either repair or replace the product. If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we can offer a paid repair service at a fair cost.
Proof of purchase (tax invoice or order number) is required for all warranty claims.
