Shipping policy

Free shipping across India

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value and there are no delivery charges added at checkout.

The price shown on the product page is the total price you pay — inclusive of GST and delivery.

Prepaid orders only

We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are paid online at checkout via UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallet.

Dispatch and delivery times

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment, on business days.
  • Delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Metro cities are typically at the faster end of that range; remote locations, hill stations and North-East India at the slower end.

Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we send a tracking link by email, so you can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery. If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours of your order, email support@riderwize.com.

Where we ship

We ship to all PIN codes in India serviced by our courier partners. In the rare case that your PIN code cannot be serviced, we will contact you within one business day and issue a full refund if we are unable to deliver.

We do not currently ship outside India.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incomplete, the recipient was unreachable after repeated attempts, or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a refund for the product value.

Delays outside our control

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by weather, transport disruption, local restrictions or courier backlogs during festive periods. We will keep you informed if we are told of a delay affecting your shipment.
